The assault caused the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody related to a theft at Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals sustained injuries by a substance believed to be pepper spray, according to police.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in the Lambeth area on suspicion of theft and assault and a woman, 23 was detained for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the incident, two women were robbed of their suitcases upon exiting a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured in the event. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for medical care and were later released.

Officers detained a man in his thirties on suspicion of theft and assault close to the location. He has since been released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Authorities were alerted at about 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding several individuals injured by a noxious substance thought to be pepper spray.

The attack - which police said was isolated and not being treated as an act of terror - caused train delays and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking facility briefly.
